Hiring Procedures & Consent Form
In order to work for V
& G Event Services, an employee needs to show a valid
guard card to V & G Event Services. Otherwise, a set of
fingerprints, an application. The application fee of $84.00
and a successfully "passed" guard card test are
needed for a temporary permit, which is only good for 120
days from the issuance.
Fingerprints can be obtained
from any local agency that is able to process fingerprints.
Guard card testing will be provided by V & G Event Services.
As for the application fee, either an employee has to initially
provide the $84.00 for processing or V & G will deduct
the application fee through your payroll with prior arrangement
and consent from the employee.
In other words, any employee
who wants to work must have successfully passed the guard
card test, turn in a completed application, and a set of fingerprints
in order to be scheduled for work. New applicants who has
not submitted the completed forms will not be scheduled to
work until all of the above has been completed.
I have read the aforementioned,
and understand these V & G Event Services hiring and working
requirements, and hereby consent to have my guard card application
fee deducted from my payroll check
