Partner/Owner, has had sixteen years experience in the safety and security industry. He has been employed for six years as Safety Director for Ritz Foods Corporation and four years work experience as a personal bodyguard for such renowned individuals as Larry Graham, Patti Labelle, and Sly and the Family Stone.

Rodney Valréy- Chief Director of Operations
Partner/Owner, has had nineteen years experience in the safety and security industry. Some examples of organizations include Infineon Raceway, Cloverdale Citrus Fair, Redwood Empire Fair, Sonoma County Harvest Fair. Sports teams includes Oakland Raiders, San Francisco Forty-Niners, California Golden Bears and numerous Superbowls; private firms including Contemporary Services Corporation and Pacific Events.

Alondra Alcazar - Receptionist
Receptionist and our newest member of our Team, she is bilingual in both English & Spanish and ready to provide you will excellent service.

Kristi Gray - Executive Assistant
Our newest member of the Administration team, and has been with V&G 15years as a Security Guard, and now, putting her experience to work as an Executive Assistant to the President/CEO and Director of Business Development.
