SECURITY COVERAGE - Sample
V & G Event Services will comply with the Request for Proposal in providing the Professional equipment and services needed to fulfilled this Agreement:

1. We will provide vehicles for all guards mobility while On duty. Each vehicle will be will have a first aid kit, flares, and fire extinguisher.

2. Each Guard will have a cellular (Nextel) telephone and two-way radio for contacting the Sheriff or operations standby personnel. The cellular phone number will be made available to all standby personnel.

3. Each guard will make hourly rounds to check various security points within the facilities. The guards will keep a log to note times that the rounds are completed, will record any incidents that take place and will fax the log to the operations manager of the Clients operations each morning. The guards will also make hourly check-ins with our dispatch and will record these on the log, stating the time call was made and the name of recipient call.

4. Each guard will be using the Dolphin manageability hand-held device which provided by TISCOK The Dolphin laser scanner is a 12 oz. Rugged unit that comfortably fits either left or right-handed mobile workers who are often out in all types of weather. It's built to IP 56 standards and it reads bar codes from approximately 12 inches away. There's an 8-line, 20-character LCD display on the scanner that may easily operated with one hand. The extensive keypad offers a 36-key alphanumeric pad and the scanner is equipped with a rechargeable battery pack.

5. All guards will be responsible for the enforcement of all those written Protected Property rules, regulations and policies determined applicable by the County of Sonoma. If needed all guards shall work with and assist the proper local authorities when necessary and to appear in court as required. We humbly request that the Client shall pay the hourly rate of any V & G guard required to appear in court during the period such V & G member is attending court proceedings on behalf of or at the request of the Client or the local authorities, but only if such court appearance is required in connection with any V & G's activity at the protected property while this Agreement was in effect and if such court action does not involve any V & G guard liability.
